The Ritz Apartments has a fully indoor parking garage. Very few apartment buildings in Bartlesville have indoor parking.

Since we only have 16 garage parking spaces, we do not have parking spaces for all 25 apartments. Thus we charge a small additional fee for these garage spaces.
